eternalbodyjewelry.com is operated by Eternal Body Art Incorporated, doing business as Eternal Body Jewelry ("Eternal," "we," "us"). These terms govern your use of this site and any wholesale orders placed through it. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to them.

 

1. WHO THIS IS FOR

This site is wholesale only. Accounts are limited to licensed piercing studios, tattoo studios, and body jewelry retailers. We reserve the right to approve, decline, or close any account at our discretion.

 

2. ACCOUNTS

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us right away if you think your account has been accessed without permission.

 

3. PRICING AND ORDERS

Wholesale pricing is visible only to approved accounts and is subject to change without notice. Placing an order is an offer to buy; we confirm it once it's accepted. We can decline or cancel an order for any reason, including stock issues or suspected fraud.

 

4. PAYMENT

Payment is due in full at the time of order. As a new company, we do not currently offer net terms.

 

5. PRODUCT AND WARRANTY

All titanium pieces are implant-grade G23. All gold pieces are solid 14kt gold. All of our jewelry is guaranteed against manufacturing defects for the life of the piece, as described in our Return & Repair Policy.

 

6. SHIPPING

We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping rates, processing times, and delivery details are listed in our Shipping Policy.

 

7. RETURNS AND REPAIRS

Jewelry that has been used or inserted into the body cannot be returned. All returns and repairs require a Return Authorization (RA) number and must follow our Return & Repair Policy, including its cleaning and sterilization requirements.

 

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Product photos, descriptions, and site content belong to Eternal. Don't reuse them without permission; talk to us if you want assets for your own retail use.

 

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our products. Nothing here limits liability where the law doesn't allow it.

 

10. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute arising from these terms or your orders will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California.

 

11. CHANGES

We may update these terms as the business grows. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the update.
