SHIPPING RATES

- Orders under $500: $15 flat rate

- Orders of $500 or more: FREE shipping

 

PROCESSING AND DELIVERY

Orders ship within 1-2 business days of payment. Once shipped, delivery takes 3-5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

 

TRACKING AND SECURITY

Every order ships with tracking, sent to your email when your package leaves us. Orders over $500 require a signature on delivery to protect your shipment.

 

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package arrives damaged or shows as delivered but didn't arrive, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.

 

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
