Return & Repair Policy

 

RETURNS

Due to the nature of our business and for the health and safety of our customers, jewelry that has been used or inserted into the body cannot be returned. Unworn items in their original sealed packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit, minus a 10% restocking fee.

 

INCORRECT OR MIS-SHIPPED ORDERS

If you receive the wrong item or your order was shipped incorrectly, contact us within 7 days of delivery at eternalbodyjewels@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item. We will cover all shipping costs to correct our mistake.

 

REPAIRS & DEFECTS

All of our jewelry is guaranteed against manufacturing defects for the life of the piece. If you notice a manufacturing defect, jewelry may be sent in for repair even if it has been used.

 

Repairs are NOT covered for:

- Normal wear and tear from everyday use

- Damage or breakage caused by misuse, improper insertion or removal, or accidents

 

Items sent in for problems that aren't covered may be returned unrepaired, or repaired for a fee with your approval.

 

Repair shipping: the customer pays shipping to send items to us, and we pay shipping to return repaired items to you.

 

CLEANING AND STERILIZATION REQUIRED

All jewelry sent in for repair or as defective must be cleaned in an ultrasonic cleaner and sent in a sealed, sterilized package, free of pathogens and debris. Items that arrive uncleaned or unsterilized will not be accepted and will be sent back at the customer's expense. This is for the health and safety of our staff.

 

RETURN AUTHORIZATION (RA) REQUIRED

All returns and repairs require a Return Authorization (RA) number issued by us before you ship. Email eternalbodyjewels@gmail.com to request one. Write your RA number on the outside of the package and include a completed Return/Repair Form with:

- Your RA number

- Your name, business name, and order number

- A description of each piece

- The item code for each piece

- A description of the problem with the jewelry or order

 

Packages sent without an RA number or a completed form will not be accepted and may be returned unprocessed.
